Course Description

·         To learn the role of entrepreneurship and industrial leadership in the process of industrial development.

·         Asian IT and electronics sectors are focused.

·         Participants are requested to give presentations (10 minutes, slide presentation) on their own case studies on selected industry or country case after a series of lectures.

·         Special lectures will be given by Professor Yasuhisa Tashiro from Graduate School of Business Design at St. Paul's University (Rikkyo University). Prof. Tashiro is known as a prominent expert in entrepreneurship. He had been the representative of the Arthur M. Blank Center for Entrepreneurship at Babson College, Massachusetts, U.S.A.

·         The course is targeted at foreign graduate students, especially those of International Graduate Course for Continuing Professional Development, but Japanese students are also welcomed. Lectures are delivered in English and course materials are prepared in English.
